Private lessons upon request- $40.00 for a 2 hour session. Group lessons $100 month- four lessons, 2 hours each.

Summer 2019 Classes and Workshops

Mayland Community College- Newland, North Carolina - Tuesdays, May 7th to June 25th,  1pm to 4pm-$120.00, registration deadline May 1st. Contact the Avery Learning Center of Mayland Community College 828-733-5883. Supply list given upon registration.

Watauga Public Library, Boone, North Carolina- Friday June 7, 4pm-6pm " From China to Japan" Students will learn bamboo, fish, birds and other creatures as well as celebrate the lunar new year by painting cute little pigs. Call 828-264-8784 to register for this workshop. Supplies will be provided.

Blowing Rock Art and History Museum- Blowing Rock, North Carolina. June 19, 20, and 21st, 10:30am to 4:30pm. Cost $215 for non-members and $195 for members. Supply information on website. Peonies- The Queen of Flowers. A special three day workshop to learn how to paint these magnificent flowers. The Peony is a favorite subject of Chinese painting.The first day will cover basic strokes, how to load the brush with ink then with color. Day two will teach the basics of painting the peony flower. On Friday you will create your masterpiece!
